Bodum 8-Cup Stainless-Steel Thermal Coffee Press Review
Sunday, February 7th, 2010My french coffee press fell apart a few days ago. Whenever the espresso coffee machine is not in use (click here for our review of the Cuisinart EM-100 Espresso maker) or when we have guests then we often utilize our french press. In all honesty this is the 3rd coffee press that’s fallen apart apart on us so we were looking for a greater quality french press . The Bodum Columbia 8-Cup Stainless-Steel Thermal Press Pot really fits the bill!
Description Of The Bodum 8-Cup Stainless-Steel Thermal Pot
Ideal for the household or the office, this coffee press coffeemaker doubles as an insulated thermos so coffee keeps hot and fresh for up to two hours. The pot keeps 34 ounces (1 liter), almost 7 Five-ounce cups, and can be used for producing tea as well as coffee. It is made of stainless steel polished to a mirror-finish, includes a big, comfortable handle, and it is dishwasher-safe. The lid seals in warmth extremely well and turns to prevent warmth from escaping through the spout between pours. The pot stands Eight-1/2 inches high, including the plunger top.

Looks high priced but you’ll quickly forget about the dollars. It is the absolute best coffee accessory I have ever before bought. The filter section of the french press is excellent. Makes a suction sound when you press it down since the fit is so precise. Almost no coffee grounds make their way in to your pot. Also why didn’t somebody think before of creating an insulated french press? In use every day at our home.
Another factor to be mindful of is when these kinds of coffee pots are rated for Ten-12 cups that they will be some what less. The cups they’re referring to tend to be four ounce cups. These types of coffee pots produce 4 usual cups of coffee and not more. PS: It is a smart way to lower your coffee shop expenses.
